Dr. Pathak graduated from the nationally renowned State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) Degree in 2014 and successfully finished her dental licensure exam.
With her passion and interest in Dental Implant & advanced technology, and to help her patients by providing the best dental care possible, she accepted a residency program in Restorative dentistry and prosthodontics at the University of Texas School of dentistry at Houston and graduated with a Master of science in Prosthodontics Degree in 2017.
During her 3 years of residency, She learned comprehensive treatment planning for complex dental patient and all aspects of Dental implant restoration (Crown, Bridge, Esthetic Veneers, Fixed and Removable Denture on implants), full mouth rehabilitation cases, and conventional complete and partial denture. She is certified in laser, nitrous, and sedation dentistry.
Dr. Megha continually furthers her education and dental skills by regularly attending continuing education courses, conventions, and study club meetings. She is very loving and listens to patients’ dental concerns, and provides the best treatment options and care. She also takes time to give proper information and instructions, as well as oral health and diet counseling. Her best bedside manner and friendly nature make her the favorite of all of our patients and their families.
Dr. Megha also teaches Dental students at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry as a part-time assistant professor and conducts research with dental students and residents.
She guides many international dental students through different steps in the application process, board exams, and preparations, and she also gives them observership at her clinic. She also helps high school students with observership, mentoring, and showing all aspects of dentistry and its scope.
Dr. Megha is married and lives in Richmond, Texas, with her husband and three kids. She is multilingual and speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, and is learning Spanish. She enjoys reading books, listening to podcasts and music, traveling and visiting new places, trying different foods, and learning about different cultures.
